Review : Holika Holika Oil Queen Cotton

Hey you who have oily face now here are some products specially made to combat those oil on make up!
As I live in Indonesia, the humidity and the weather make people's face get oilier than other countries. A lot of people complain about tutorial for oily face, but I think choosing the right products is the most essential thing to do. There are many products on this market for that case, but this time I only have a chance to review the Oil Queen Cotton Series from Holika Holika 
First start, Make Up Primer or Make Up Base!
I always state how important it is to make your make up last longer. Also each make up base has their own function. There may be to smoothen out your pores, fix discolouration on face, moisturized the face, and even to make your face produce less sebum and oil
Oil Queen Cotton Primer Series comes in cute light turquoise box, and in contrast, the products are made in white plastic along with some hint of that turquoise colour to brighten up the mood. The products packaging kinda reminds me of baby's products to be honest 
People who love cute stuffs might be attracted with the cuteness of the Cotton Icon that winks at you, but for who are more into elegant packaging might find this looks a little bit cheap

For me, I really like it. Because I often drop my things, so I want it to be fall-resistant haha 
The primer comes first. You use it before you put foundation or BB Cream. The reason is, to hold your make up, and prepare your skin to produce less oil and sebum. It also contains SPF 15, but worry not that the SPF is quite low so it wont produce white cast
Since it comes in pump bottle, it makes the whole progress much easier. I usually pump only once, and then spread the product on my problematic oily areas such as my nose and cheekbones
I have oily-combination skin. Therefore my side cheeks tend to be dry, so I skip using this primer on that area
And here's the swatch how it looks like =
At first it was very very white, and kinda thick. The texture reminds me of watery sunblock. You need good blend to really blend the products on your face. Make sure to blend until the white color dissolves on your skin, leaving your skin a perfect base
The texture is not leaving skin dry as I thought it would be, instead it kinda helps softening my skin and leaving it moist!
After you put the base, you can move to BB Cream or Foundation that you like! 
And then you may lock it with powder! This powder contains more sun protection with SPF 30 PA++. It is very light and travel friendly, The packaging is made in sync with all the products from this series. I personally feel this suits teenager more though haha
Loose powder is the best to lock oil for oily skin, but in case you want to go out, it's easier to get compact. But make sure you use dabbing motion to make sure everything stays in place
You can hardly see it, but in fact it has cotton icon that we saw on the packaging, printed on the powder haha 
This is translucent, means no color at all. I know it looks white but it will blend on your skin color and leaving no color at all. Just to set your make up!
Last but not least, which is my favorite product of this line! Is the make up Fixer!
You can use it after you finish your make up to lock everything. And you might bring it together with you when you go out, to spray when you feel that your make up melts or oily or what. It will help making you feel fresh too!
It doesn't feel sticky nor greasy at all, which is good! It makes the skin becomes matte beautifully. Since it comes in 70ml it's a perfect size. Not too little products, but not too big so it cant be brought around
I have been using it for a couple of weeks and so far I am pretty pleased with the result. I use them separately and combined to test it out, and obviously it's much better to use the whole products instead of only one, because face wont be oily for longer time
The best I could say when I used it altogether, it makes my face not oily at all for 7 hours! After that I have to spray the make up fixer, and dab some powder to cover on some place
But I think it manages to control the oil very nice!!
Best thing is, it can be used by every skin shade since it has no color at all. It just helps your skin type problem 
It also has some light baby scent from the powder, reminds me of my Pigeon Powder back then ~

Packaging is too childish-looking
My only concern is that since the packaging is made by plastic and the cotton icon included, it may look too childish for some, especially for working women
But I kinda get it, since usually teenagers are the one who have oily skin problems the most, so that's why they target this market?

Here, Hungary [Europe] I still don't find any product for this problem. Maybe the new Garnier Moisture Match cream but I'm not sure of that. It's a little bit expensive. :/

I'm very interested in the pact more so than the primer. I really dislike primers that are hard to blend, just like the Etude House Baby Choux Base primer... It makes me look a few shades lighter
