Ritz Carlton is one of the top luxury hotels in the world, and even for Indonesians, the name itself is pretty famous as in Jakarta we have 2 Ritz (Kuningan and Pacific Place). I have been to Ritz in Jakarta a few times, mostly it's for wedding and events though, however I have never really visited Ritz Carlton in Tokyo that's located in Roppongi area. The hotel manages to secure the top nine floors and the first three levels of the 53-story Midtown Tower. Tokyo Midtown is the tallest building in Tokyo and Ritz Carlton Tokyo takes pride of having hotel with the best 360-degree view of Tokyo

I couldn't manage to get a room there as it's full booked, but I had a chance to taste its Michelin Star Restaurant named Azure 45!

Azure 45 is a fine dining french restaurant and awarded with one Michelin Star by Michelin Guide Tokyo in 2016 and 2017. It is a pretty private dining experience, the restaurant is rather small if I must say and only manage to have 17 seats in total! It is located on the 45th floor but it was snowing so heavily when I was there so I couldn't enjoy the view. I have to go back to enjoy it fully! 

Eating Michelin Star Restaurant is a luxury and an experience that I can't get in my home country, Indonesia where it only has one restaurant so far (And located in Bali only, sad). Meanwhile, Japan has a lot of Michelin Star restaurants and for me it's another interesting attraction when you're visiting the country. If you're a gourmet and interested to try exceptional dishes, I would recommend you to try the experience
