Review : My Konjac Sponge

I might be late, but this is my first time trying out the Konjac Sponge that's been famous in beauty industry for such a long time  photo 18_zps6a561248.png
Better late than never right?
I got myself 2 products of them, their face and body sponge! 
Since my face is somehow combination and feels more dry as I age  photo 12_zpsa1b67bb4.png So I got the red plastic that's for dry and sensitive skin. As well as a body sponge ~!!  photo 10_zpsae5fe21d.png


I have been using it for over a month so here's my review = 





I got the all skin types that comes in red color, both the sponge and packaging! It's a French Red Clay suitable for dry and sensitive skin to improve skin condition, making it hydrated and radiant  photo 1_zpscccab512.png
Its name is Water Drop Volcanic Scoria Facial Sponge!! photo 10_zpsae5fe21d.png

Basically Konjac Sponge can be used as your facial wash replacement, NO SOAP is needed  photo 18_zps6a561248.png
Because their sponge is made from natural ingredients such as Konnyaku, Glucomannan, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, etc.. 



You can see the benefits from the packaging, it contains a lot of good things that made me very skeptical at first because it's too good to be true  photo 4_zpseb189f5c.png
But okay, I'd try!!


And this is the Red Sponge!! 


It comes in an egg shape for easier application, as the pointy shape makes it easier to reach some areas on face such as near eyes and nose  photo 17_zps5e02f649.png
They are very soft and easy to squeeze. Really really similar to konnyaku texture, but it's just a little firmer as it doesnt break  photo 13_zps0e34a866.png


This Konjac Sponge also has holes all over the sponge. I think the purpose is to make the water absorbed on the konjac better!   photo 21_zpsd46e6a3a.png


So what you need is to rinse it under running water to make it wet, and just use circular motion to wash your face! Then you're done!!! 





 But, even after the first usage, you can clearly tell the difference!  photo 13_zps0e34a866.png

And I swear I can tell that my skin is softer and suppler after the usage, and I really have no idea how it works LOL;

I only use it without soap in the morning, while at night, I always wash with cleansing cream and cleansing wash from Menard haha.. But I use this konjac sponge during cleansing progress with cleansing wash..


But the sponge only lasts within 1-3 months, so I think I'll have to restock another sponge next month?

I also got this body sponge to rejuvenate skin!





The fiber sponge comes in white, and only in 1 type for body. While for face, they have variants to fit your skin type
It's bigger than the face sponge, but still very squishy and easy to hold  photo 8_zps5547545a.png

You dont have to use soap as well if you want to use the sponge
But I still prefer to use some soap lol

I pour some on the wet sponge and squeeze it and it makes a lot of bubbles easily!! 
I gently spreading it all over my body with circular motion, then rinse it with water by this sponge help as well  photo 10_zpsae5fe21d.png


I am not really a body care person, to be honest. I care much much more on my hair and face lol But I must say that this sponge also helps smoothening my skin and dead skins

I often fall down T.T So I have some bruises, especially on my knee.. So it's become rough
After using this sponge, I can clearly tell that it's fading faster as well as softer!!


Also my skin is getting more even too!

Don't forget to always hang it dry for your next use!
And you can always sterilise your sponge by boiling it on hot water


I really like this sponge and I can see why it's soooo popular

    I also use konjac sponge, but mine is with charcoal and it's black hehehe :) I totally love it x.x it's so gentle but leaves my skin feeling really clean x.x

    Yang mana aja bisa. Tergantung preference kamu. Kalau pakai cleanser, cukup sedikit saja karena My Konjac Sponge bisa membuat cleanser lebih foamy. Itu another benefit dari My Konjac Sponge :)

    aku pake facial foamnya menard juga dikit aja udah banyak banget busanya :D

    Aku dari dulu penasaran banget pengen pake natural sponge kayak gini, tapi udah comfort sama silicone pad. Soalnya waktu selingkuh dari silicone pad ke face brush ternyata rasanya ga se-asyik pake silicone pad, makanya mau cobain sponge jg rada males. Tapi sepertinya reviewmu menggirukan! Stel, kulitnya jadi mulus banget sekarang? Itu gara2 pake Menard yah? Huhuhu..pengen tapi mahal T.T #mewekdipojokan
