Holika Holika Wonder Drawing 24hr Auto Eyebrow Review

April 18, 2014

I haven't made any product reviews for a while so here you go!!
Recently my eye make up becomes lighter and lighter, as gyaru eye make up trend right now is changing. The eye make up isn't as heavy as it used to be.. So to make it up, a thicker eyebrow is needed!

My eyebrow is almost non-existent, like my eyelashes wtf
So an eyebrow pencil is really my saviour for my whole make up look now!
This time I'm introducing you Holika Holika Wonder Drawing 24hr Auto Eyebrow!

We all hate the pencil eyebrow because it's such a pain in the ass to always sharpen it every once in a while. That's why I always opt for auto eyebrow pencil whenever it's possible. I brought these babies with me when I was in Japan simply because it's hassle free, free from sharpening it and it's just so easy to use!

Holika Holika Wonder Drawing 24hr Auto Eyebrow comes in 4 different colours to match your hair!

From left to right :

No 01 - Gray Black : It's a dark grey black colour that is surprisingly can be pulled off well by Asians. Usually I always avoid black because it looks too harsh and strong, but this one is more like dark grey instead

No 02 - Dark Brown : This dark brown eyebrow is sooooo nice and becomes my favourite among this collection. It has ashy-neutral tone that helps giving nice complexion for your whole look. Very very natural!

No 03 - Light Brown : If I were still blonde, this would be a great colour to match my hair! It comes in ashy blonde colour that's difficult to get in Korean Beauty Market. Usually the light blonde is always too reddish and I HATE Red eyebrow -_-

No 04 - Red Brown : For those of you who are red haired or warm brown haired, this one would be the perfect match for you. It has slightly warmer colour than No 02, but still manages to be in neutral shade and I still can pull it off well

It is dual ended and one side is the eyebrow pencil that comes in angled shape for better and easier application, and another one is the eyebrow brush to help you soften the eyebrow after you draw it

Anyway, here's the swatch!

From left to right is in order :
Gray Black - Dark Brown - Light Brown - Red Brown

Talking about the texture, in fact it's a little chalky and difficult to use. It kinda drags the skin around the eyebrow, and you can see from the swatch that it's not that smooth
The colour is also strong so I need to use light hand when using this pencil

On this picture, I'm using no 02 Dark Brown, as it matches my hair colour right now

What I like is the colours are more into ashy and neutral tone, that is quite difficult to get. Usually most of eyebrow products are more into warm / reddish tone
Also the eyebrow last long on me and doesn't smudge easily!

Comes in 4 different colours to match with your hair colour
Has ashy - neutral tone for natural look
Comes with a brush, efficient design
 Last long
 Affordable
The colour shows up pretty well

 Chalky
The texture is not soft enough for skin

Personally I find this product is okay, but not the best in the market. However, I could say that it's the best eyebrow product from Korean Beauty Industry I have used so far. Simply because I am in love with their colours!

I wish they would have softer texture for their eyebrow pencil though, considering it's kinda dragging my skin T___T But so far I have used it almost everyday now due to it's efficiency!
