I notice that my skin is so horrible for the past few months, because I only use this almighty ingredient less than what I am supposed to. I know that it's an important factor in human life, but I neglect it because, I tend to forget how important this ingredient is

This ingredient works like a miracle, and I can assume that it works for EVERYONE!

It helps dissolve the minerals and nutrients to make them accessible for body

It regulates body temperature

It helps flushing out waste products easier, lessen the burden of kidneys and liver

It creates balance inside human's body, and protects the organs

Yes guys, water is the solution. Isn't your mom always say "drink more water" and everyone keeps saying that we have to at least drink 8 glasses EVERYDAY! But sometimes we're too pussy to drink a lot, because it's tasteless, unlike other beverages such as juice or coffee

And why drinks a lot of water helps you to achieve great skin?

A friend told me, the cause of skin problems especially acne, is because of the imbalance between oil and water inside your body. So when we have less water inside, the oil will be the major and produce more sebum, which leads to pimples! :-o

Great skin comes from inside and outside, therefore if you don't start taking care of your inside, then it will be useless even though you put a lot of skincare products! :-o


So what are the causes of our lack of water / dehydration ?

  • Lack of drinking water

  • Too long staying at a room with Air Conditioner

  • Too long staying under a sunlight

  • Smoking

  • Too many activities

  • Too much drinking coffee and tea

And except smoking, I have committed all those sins to my own skin :-o


And the older you get, the less water inside your body, therefore you have to fill up your body more with it!


There are several bad impacts if you don't drink enough water.

  • Your liver and kidney can't work properly and it will lead to many health problems. I fall sick most of the times when I am busy, and it's because I drink less water than I normally do [though I normally drink only 3-4 glasses a day, which is less than what it's supposed to too]

  • Skin will neither be smooth nor flawless. If you have dry skin type, it will be dryer than ever and it will be flaky. And if you have oily skin like me, the sebum and oil inside body will win over the water, and creates skin problems such as pimples and blackheads

  • Body can't flush out unwanted products inside body well

And many more! If you fall sick and see doctor, they will mostly suggest you to drink more water because it helps body to work nice.

That's why old generations are much healthier than us! :-o We're too drawn with modern lifetsyle, we use AC no matter we go, in the office, in the school, in the mall, EVERY WHERE! Then we also prefer to order juices, milkshakes, coffee, tea, or so on to mineral water when we're going out! :-o

Taking care of your skin from outside is also a must! Use moisturizer that's suitable for your face, and body lotion to help moisturize body parts!

No matter what your skin type is, drinking water and moisturize are a must !



That is really the cheapest and easiest way to have a healthy body and a great skin!
